next generation leaders is a Junior Achievement of Canada (JA Canada™) global forum that provides business skills to youth so they can lead organizations of the future.

For the past 39 years, next generation leaders was known as CANJAC and more recently as jaXchange. The 2010 event is an evolution of this forum celebrating 40 years of providing students with confidence, belief and direction to be successful in business and life. Since 1970, over 3,000 top Achievers have participated and become recognized business and community leaders around the world.

Unique to next generation leaders are the present day business challenges presented by industry and academic professionals to develop new perspectives, ideas and skill-sets.
